One Pan Chicken

Metric Ingredient Imperial 1 whole chicken, cut up 1 2 medium onions, quartered 2 6 large carrots, cut into chunks 6 5 medium potatoes, quartered 5 1 package onion soup mix 1

In a casserole dish, place chicken and vegetables. In a one cup measuring container, stir onion soup mix with water to fill to 1 cup (250 ml) line. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Bake covered in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serves 6
