Numonyx Looks to Deliver 65-nm NOR Memory Chips in 2009
The new NOR memory chip, called Axcell M29EW Flash Memory, is made on a 65-nm manufacturing process and will store up to 2GB of data. Numonyx plans to sell these memory chips into the embedded systems market.
