I'm just back from The New York Spa Alliance Symposium, where spa executives, consultants, entrepreneurs, suppliers and editors were furiously networking for two days. It was a fascinating meeting of the minds. Some of the things people were talking about: why you can't say "spa" anymore; the movement towards better, not bigger spas; and sanity in pricing. Plus check out the LOADS of comments that came pouring in on "What's A Massage Therapist Worth" -- and add your own.
