"They" (whoever -they- are) say that when you crave sweets, you're looking for love. When you crave salt, "they" say you're angry. That being said, I don't have a clue what "they" have to say about us girls (guys too, I'm sure) that love that sweet and salty combination. Here are some recipes for all of us out there -

Recipe of the Week
Potato Chip Cookies
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons butter
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup coarsely crushed potato chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets. Cream butter. Blend in sugar until completely mixed. Add vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Gradually add flour. Mixing well after each addition. Hand stir in potato chips. Drop by teaspoon onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Cool Potato Cookies completely on pans. Makes approximately 3 dozen Potato Chip Cookies.
