| | | We've got some great pieces this week -- Evaggelos Vallianatos gives readers an inside look at the history of the EPA; Jeffrey St. Clair and Joshua Frank take a sobering look at Obama's troubling enviro record so far; and Karl Burkart explains why carbon capture is not the clean tech solution it appears. And one of my favorite pieces this week is Kristin Bender's "Small Is Better: Big Houses Are Out and Downsizing Is In." Maybe it's just because I'm slightly obsessed with the Canadian company Sustain.ca (which sadly isn't mentioned in the article), makers of the eco "mini-home," but I'm super excited to see so many companies touting the "small is better" mantra when it comes to building.
