NYC Market Update:
Rock Center Greenmarket on Thursdays
Once again, we will be selling our 100% grass-fed cheeses and wood-fired breads
at the Rockefeller Center Greenmarket on Thursdays, starting tomorrow, July 30,
through September 3rd. Look for an ocean of white tents on the Plaza.
Leaving Lincoln Center Greenmarket at 4 on Thursdays
Please note that, in order to accommodate the tight load-out schedule at Rock Center,
we will be closing our Lincoln Center stand an hour early, at 4 pm on Thursdays.

Cheeses at market this week
This week, at our market stands and at the farm, we've got crumbly-soft Jean-Louis,
some really nice Drumm, 14 month rindless Cheddar, and Frolic.

Class and Tours
The farm and tasting room are regularly open Wed-Fri 12-6, Sat-Sun 9-5.
There is still room in some of our cheesemaking classes, on alternate Sundays from
8 am till 1 pm. The class is a good way to get an in-depth look at our process
by spending half of a day with Jonathan. Class ends with lunch in our backyard,
featuring focaccias from the oven made with local, seasonal, ingredients.

We also offer Sunday morning and afternoon tours, suitable for all, including families
with small children.
The morning tour (10:00) includes a visit to the milking barn, to get up close
and personal with the ladies, their calves, and say hi to Bongo and Ozzie the bulls
(you probably won't want to get too close or personal with these guys!)
The afternoon tour (3:00) includes a pasture walk, to either the milk herd or the
dry herd.
Both tours last a bit over an hour, and include an overview of all that we do here
at Bobolink: cows, cheesemaking, baking, the pigs, the chickens and ducks, etc.
The tours conclude in the tasting room, with a sampling of our breads and cheeses.
