Summer is mostly over, but tell that to the gardens! I live in the northern United States and my squash and beans are still going strong. Unfortunately, the blight hit my tomatoes this week, so my husband and I spent the better part of last evening wrapping mature, green tomatoes in newspaper in hopes of saving them.
