Simplify meal planning with a set weekly menu

A set weekly menu simplifies life!

via thelittlebig.wordpress.com

If it's Tuesday it must be spaghetti? Like Carrie Anne, I used to think that a set weekly menu would get boring. On the contrary! A fixed weekly schedule of meals satisfies my kids' desire for predictability where dinner is concerned, and it helps streamline shopping and cooking in a big way. Most importantly (for me at least) it reduces the overall brain work that goes into keeping everyone fed. Something I always appreciate.

Read Carrie Anne's full post about her goal of creating a set weekly menu.
