| BHADOHI, India (UPI) -- Indian authorities said they were looking for the driver of a truck that struck a bus, killing one person and injuring 17 others. Three of the injured were in critical condition at a hospital, the Press Trust of India reported. The truck struck a bus headed from Vidhyachal to Jaunpur and the truck's driver then fled the scene, police said. Ashton said at a summit in Brussels she received a letter from Iran's chief nuclear negotiator, Saeed Jalili, agreeing to meet after Nov. 10, the BBC reported.
