Perla's turned Mrs. Winners into a counter-order taco casa, keeping the franchise's outer frame but redecking it with maroon, orange, and avocado hues, and adding Spanish tile and tin drum light fixtures inside. Start with one of seven salsas (damn, smoked pepper-buttermilk!), or breaded/fried beef-stuffed mashed potatoes w/ chimichurri before getting into entrees like prime rib asado and tacos including chorizo, barbacoa, blackened salmon, and pastor-style pork, since not technically being priests, they can totally get up to that.
