| WASHINGTON (UPI) -- U.S. regulators said Monday they fined American Airlines $90,000 for failing to disclose a $30 fee applied to travel vouchers. The vouchers were given to passengers who voluntarily gave up seats when a flight was overbooked, the Department of Transportation said.
