Watchdog hits British supermarkets for excessive packaging

London, England, United Kingdom (AHN) - Consumer watchdog Which? has slammed British supermarkets for their excessive packaging, which contributes to pollution and landfill materials.

German police arrest 3 al-Qaeda suspects on suspicion of bomb making

Berlin, Germany (AHN) - German officials announced the arrests of three men suspected to be al-Qaeda members by federal police on Friday.

The three German nationals will be arraigned on charges relating to a bomb. The arraignment will take place in federal court on Saturday in Karlsruhe.

No answers from autopsy in Maine mother's death

Concord, NH, United States (AHN) - An autopsy has failed to provide any answers in the case of a mother found dead in a New Hampshire ski resort days after her infant was discovered abandoned nearby in her car.

Additional investigation is needed to find the cause of death of Krista Dittmeyer, according to the state attorney general.
