Join the Harry Potter Alliance at the Quidditch World Cup

Hello Wizards, Fall is in the air, and it’s time to take to the Quidditch pitch. We are proud to announce that we are partnering with our friends at the International Quidditch Association to organize and promote the Fifth Annual Quidditch World Cup! The event is taking place in New York City on November 12 & 13, and will be the biggest World Cup to date: "There will be 100 college and high school teams and over 2,000 athletes playing 450 games of real-life quidditch on nine fields simultaneously over two days. The championships will unfold in Icahn Stadium before an audience of 5,000 people, and we expect over 10,000 people to attend the entire event based on last years numbers." -Alex Benepe, IQA Comissioner Get your tickets now! In addition to being a HUGE wizard sporting event, over half a dozen wizard wrock bands will be performing at the cup, including: Harry and the Potters Diagon Alley The Whomping Willows Snidget Lauren Fairweather Justin Finch Fletchley The Blibbering Humdingers Wondering what new campaigns the HPA is planning? Come to the Quidditch World Cup to find out! As major partners at the event, the Harry Potter Alliance will will have a booth at the front gate, another table near the Teams Village to recruit new HPA members, and we'll be working closely with the IQA to add HPA chapters to many of their teams! We will be launching some exciting new projects (more information to come) and Andrew Slack will be making a speech before the championships to the entire event audience.
