Getting 'Buy in' for Your Customer Experience Management Solution


All businesses want to be able to say that they have the best customer experience strategy, yet many are reluctant to actually fork over the dollars to implement a solution that will give them that desired end.


Customer experience improvement initiatives will falter if the right backing isn’t introduced, and if the business isn’t willing to spend the money on a CRM solution that will fit its needs.


Some recent research from the leaders over at Vivisimo noted that statistics point to only 15 percent of organizations say that they are effective at maintaining a consistent customer experience across channels.
