College Success
 Recently, over 4,200 members of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society gathered at the Gaylord Opryland Hotel and Convention Center for their annual convention. Immediately following famed author and speaker Malcolm Gladwell's keynote address, Chris Hogan spoke with members of the elite Five Star Competitive Edge professional development plan. Five Star Competitive Edge is a series of lessons and activities designed to help students strengthen their marketable skills to compete for scholarships and jobs.
Chris delivered key points from Dave Ramsey's The Total Money Makeover, teaching the seven Baby Steps and offering practical wisdom on handling money. Jennifer Stanford with Phi Theta Kappa said, "Chris' speech was received enthusiastically. His energy and sincerity is refreshing [and] his genuine concern for the audience was very much appreciated.
