God Save the Cuisine
A very British food coach

Because apparently He's kind of over trying to save the Queen, God Save the Cuisine's a Suzie's Farm-sourcing, Brit-food truck helmed by an ex-Buckingham Palace chef and his business-minded bro, both of whom decided SD was the best place in America to live after road-tripping across the land (suck it, Gary, Indiana). The truck's ready to make your stomach happy whether you say:

"I prefer things that only sound vaguely British":
If bangers & mash just sounds too sexy to order, the Brit-shy can get down on slightly more familiar eats like spiced leg of lamb with mint Bombay potatoes & cucumber raita, stuffed mushrooms with crumbled bleu cheese & spinach, or beer-battered "Fish & Chips Tacos" with coleslaw and fresh "truck cut chips".

"I want to eat food so British, it has a recurring role on Downton Abbey":
If bangers & mash sounds not nearly sexy enough to order, opt for motherland-y like "truck-made" Scotch eggs (hard-boiled, wrapped in sausage & deep-fried) served with roasted spiced mayo & rocket puree; minced lamb shepherd's pie; or caramelized onion-/ gravy-smothered, British sausages in Yorkshire batter called "Toads in the Hole", which should only seem like a cocky declaration if you've never played Mario Golf.

And because their teeth are apparently now just as sweet as ours, they'll be rotating in desserts like the meringue/ strawberry compote/ sweetened vanilla cream "Eton Mess" (the Queen's fave, seriously), and apple puree-filled "Gypsy Tarts", ironically named for a class of lady God's been over saving for a long time.

Check out GodSaveTheCuisine.com for a full sample menu, and stay tuned for details on something they call Tea Tuesday
