What General Myers said

Step forward to help our troops who have been wounded.  View Mobile Version

Dear USO Supporter --

Last week, General Myers launched an urgent initiative to provide care and support for our wounded warriors -- including bringing our programs and services to the new Warrior Recovery Center in Kandahar, Afghanistan.

The response to his request has been tremendous. But if we're going to take full advantage of the Healing With Honor Matching Gift Fund, we still need to raise an additional $34,821. Will you step up and close the gap with a generous donation right now?

Click here to make a tax-deductible gift before Friday in support of our wounded troops and it will be matched dollar for dollar up to the $150,000 matching fund limit.

2X: Twice as Strong for our wounded warriors. 4 days left to double your impact - donate today and have your gift matched.

Here's what happens when you step forward today and help us make the most of this amazing matching fund opportunity:

  • We'll be able to bring our programs and services to the new Kandahar Warrior Recovery Center and centers around the globe for all of 2012.
  • We'll be able to send additional comfort kits that provide our wounded troops with fresh clothes and other comforts during their recovery.
  • And we'll expand our critical mental health work through our Caregivers Conferences and family support programs.

You can see how critical it is that we make the most of this Healing With Honor Matching Gift Fund. So, please don't hesitate. Make it clear that you will be there for these American heroes.

Click here to make your donation before the May 4 deadline and your gift will have twice the impact.

We've only got a couple more days left in this matching fund drive. We really need your support today so we can provide urgently needed help to our wounded, ill and injured troops, their families and caregivers every step of the way.

Thanks for your continued support,

Kelli Seely
