1) Honda Discloses Results of Resource-Recycling based on Japan's End-of-
life Vehicle Recycling Law

TOKYO, Japan, June 1, 2012 - Honda disclosed results of the recycling/
recovering of fluorocarbons, airbags, and Automobile Shredder Residue
(ASR) based on Japan's End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) Recycling Law for the
fiscal year ended March 31, 2012.
