Every day we monitor the new highs and new lows on the major exchanges as well as the OTC stocks. There are a lot of investors who just chase stocks or sectors reaching new highs. You can make a quick buck if timed right, but you can also lose money quickly. So how does one play the chase? To find out, we must first review sample scenarios.
Sometimes one gets lucky (or is really good) and gets on board a low-priced stock before or as it starts to make its run. A feeling of euphoria or relief sets in as you watch it move higher, increasing your return and the value of your investment or trading portfolio.
