The call center is looking for agents who can handle questions about its Tricare managed-care services after signing a contract with the U.S. Defense Department. UnitedHealth Group Incorporated has been handling managed healthcare services since 1977 and is headquartered in Minnetonka, Minnesota. Although the company started small, it has expanded to offer a spectrum of products and services through two subsidiaries: United Healthcare and Optum. Currently, United Healthcare services more than 70 million subscribers nationwide and has become the single largest health carrier in the United States with revenue of over 100 billion dollars...
