| Learn more about your DISC profile Rick Perry Director of Human Resources Okay, I confess: Spring is my favorite time of year. With the return of sunny days and warmer temperatures, I just feel different. There's more pep in my step, and I'm full of energy. And I bet you're probably the same. So why not take advantage of these good feelings and great weather and head outdoors? This spring, gather your team, bust loose from your business, and go to the park for a couple of hours. Let everyone throw some Frisbees, hang out on the swings, or simply sit under a shade tree and think. Then hold a brainstorming session while you're there. By changing from the norm, plus having a lot of fun, you'll pump up your team's creativity and get the ideas flowing. It's well worth the time you invest away from the office. About Rick Rick Perry is the Director of Human Resources for the Dave Ramsey team.
