I'm eager to get started sharing small and smart ideas that can change your overall health and fitness so you can look and feel better than ever. I'm Jenna Wolfe. Some of you might already know me as a TODAY anchor and coorespondent (and self-proclaimed daredevil). But did you know that in 2013, I became a certified personal trainer too? When not working at Studio 1A, I can most likely be found at the gym because staying active is a priority for me. Adding personal training to my tool belt has empowered me to get the most out of my health and fitness. Now, I can share my learnings with you.
Here's how this challenge works: every day this month, you'll receive email assignments from me that include ideas, tips and tricks for making positive changes to your diet and exercise routines. And watch for more on TODAY Saturdays and Sundays. I'll even have a few guest stars join me along the way.
Plus, every Friday between 1:00-1:30 p.m. (EST), I'll be on TODAY's Facebook page sharing my personal motivations and conducting live chats. There, you can write in fitness-related questions for me to answer in real time.
