As dedicated and motivated as I am, even I have days when I'm tempted to ditch my workout. The thing is, I rarely do. What's my magic trick? I find ways to make it fun. After a tough day at work, exercising is probably the last thing you want to do. But it doesn't have to be. It can actually be something you look forward to! You just have to make it about more than exercise. Think of a reward you can give yourself after the workout. Buddy up on workouts! These are just a few ways you can motivate yourself to hit the gym.
