One of my favorite, tough workouts from TODAY during 2014 was doing a "pyramid" on the show with Natalie Morales. We started out with 100 reps, then 90, 80 and so on, doing a different cardio workout with each set. (Check it out here if you missed it.) The workout took only 10 minutes, but kicked up fat burning for hours afterwards.
