Dear Center Supporter,
'Tis the season of holidays, resolutions and ... well, sex.
That's right: More American babies are conceived between now and New Year's Eve than any other time of year. But with half of all pregnancies in the United States unintended, all that cheer means less room for wildlife like polar bears and reindeer.
That's why the Center for Biological Diversity is giving away 40,000 free Endangered Species Condoms this year-end -- to help people make the link between our population's growth and the recently reported half of the world's wildlife that's been lost in the past 40 years.
With sayings like "Wrap with care ... save the polar bear," these clever condoms will help make sure no one confuses you for a Grinch; you can save wildlife and the holidays by getting people talking about population and what we can do about it.
Have a fun idea for a way to share these condoms -- or looking to break the ice at an office party or family gathering? Let us know. The deadline to sign up as a volunteer is Thursday, Dec. 4.
Even if you've signed up in the past, please fill out our form to confirm your contact info, should you be selected with this round of volunteers.
If you can't open the link, go to http://action.biologicaldiversity.org/p/salsa/web/common/public/signup?signup_page_KEY=8026.
Donate now to support the Center's work.
