Now he's facing prison and a lifelong label as a registered sex offender. People in the community support him. According to her, two years ago Jeffrey Polizzi, the man in this video, approached her asking inappropriate questions while filming her in a different store.  After a short car chase he was taken in by police and charged with reckless driving.
