In a large bowl; tear up spinach into bite size pieces. Add beans and set aside. In a small saucepan; heat bell pepper and dressing to boiling. Add pepper to taste. Reduce heat to low. Cook uncovered for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour bell pepper mixture over spinach and beans. Toss. Serve warm. Servings: 4 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
