Green Beans & Peppers
Metric Ingredient Imperial
250 ml green beans, cut crosswise in half 1 cup
1 medium yellow or red bell pepper, diced 1
15 ml vegetable oil 1 tbsp
10 ml fresh marjoram, chopped 2 tsp

In a medium skillet; heat 1/4 cup of water and beans over high heat.  Reduce heat.  Cover and simmer for 5 minutes or until beans are tender crisp.

Add pepper and oil to skillet.  Increase heat to medium-high.  Stir for 2 minutes or until peppers are tender crisp.  Stir in marjoram.
