Oil and Vinegar Slaw

Metric Ingredient Imperial 30 ml red wine vinegar 2 tbsp 30 ml water 2 tbsp 15 ml sugar 1 tbsp 30 ml vegetable oil 2 tbsp 500 ml green cabbage, shredded 2 cup 2 carrots, shredded 2 50 ml onion, chopped 1/4 cup

In a large bowl; mix vinegar, water and sugar.  Whisk in oil. Add cabbage, carrots and onions to dressing.  Toss to combine.  Let stand for 20 minutes.  Toss again and serve. Servings: 6
