Dear Indiana, As previously communicated, we're excited to announce the new Datto Support ticket management process and platform. Starting on November 8th at 6pm EST, your process to open and manage support tickets will transition to the new unified support experience for all products, providing you with improved case management features, issue tracking, and increased visibility overall. This is part of our ongoing journey to make it faster and easier to work with Datto. In order for us to provide this improved support experience, you will need access to the new Datto Support platform. If you have a Datto Partner Portal account, you will access Datto Support through the "Support" tab in the Partner Portal or by visiting help.datto.com. For users that typically submit tickets through autotask.com/support, you will be required to login starting on November 8th. Don't worry, you will soon be receiving an email to set your login credentials. Click the link in your email, or navigate to autotask.com/support or help.datto.com and click "forgot password" under the Datto Support Login to set a password for Support Portal.
