Secretary Blinken referenced President Biden's revocation of immigrant visa restrictions on Nigeria as affirmation of the close ties between Americans and Nigerians. Secretary Blinken reiterated U.S. support for Dr. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala as the new Director General of the WTO.
