In Costa Rica, he will meet with President Alvarado and Foreign Minister Rodolfo Solano QuirĂ³s to discuss the strong U.S.-Costa Rica partnership and to advance collaboration on regional and global issues, including migration, counternarcotics, human rights, and climate change.
