| Hail and well met adventurers! When I was 4 years old, I saw Disney's Hercules in theatres and, ever since then, I fell in love with the swords-and-sandals aesthetic. This love has been solidified by the stellar amount of Greek mythology-based media that's been released over the years. Percy Jackson, 300, Immortals, Blood of Zeus, the list goes on and on. I've always wanted to recreate the feeling of the classic Greek tales in my D&D campaigns and I wrote this article so that I can help those that have also wanted to dive into the world of Greek mythology. If you enjoy the article, I really suggest trying out our latest adventure, The Heroes of Karatheon. This module seeks to emulate the feeling of classic swords-and-sandals adventures, including a chariot race, skill competitions, and encounters with mythological beasts. You can get 50% off Heroes of Karatheon by entering IWANTHOK at checkout! |
