| July 13, 2021 Rate Increase for DHSS Home and Community-Based Services The purpose of this email blast is to inform that a provider bulletin has been posted to the MO HealthNet Division (MHD) provider webpage outlining a rate increase effective 7/1/21 for the following home and community-based services (HCBS) authorized by the Department of Health and Senior Services: Adult Day Care Waiver, Aged and Disabled Waiver, AIDS Waiver, Independent Living Waiver, Medically Fragile Adult Waiver, Home Health, Private Duty Nursing and Personal Care.
