Although AT&T (NYSE: T) and Verizon (NYSE: VZ) scaled back their 5G signals near some airports, many airlines still had to cancel flights after the 5G rollout. One day after the phone carriers launched their new networks, airlines canceled more than 320 flights, or a little over 2% of total U.S. flights. A week later, nearly 80% of U.S. commercial airplanes have been cleared to fly in situations where 5G interference is a major concern. |
