In November, a lot of Start TODAY members followed our 5K plan and challenged themselves to complete a race. Some really went for it, and they used the challenge to springboard toward Turkey Trots or other Thanksgiving-themed 5K races. We talked to five Start TODAY members about how they overcame obstacles to reach their goals. JacqueAnn Taylor, Michele Johnson, Pamela Witt, Missy Gillenwater and Jennifer Bard live in different places and have different health priorities (and obstacles), but they are all Start TODAY members who make the Facebook group such an inspiring place to be! We are filled with gratitude for the ways that each member of the group contributes to the spirit of camaraderie. Meet Maggie, the intrepid furry friend of Start TODAY member Cindy Thompson. Maggie's interests include snuggling, chasing her own tail and howling at strangers when she wants to make friends. We love when you post pictures of your pups on the Facebook page, so keep it up! #dogsofstarttoday |
