A five course pre fixe menu featuring collaborative dishes, hand-crafted pastas, & wine pairings. One night only with limited seating so act fast! Reservations go live Friday, March 3 at 10am. Tables for up to 4 guests from 5-9pm available. Please note that we are not able to accommodate dietary restrictions. A St. Louis native, Jacob has worked in globally esteemed restaurants. He worked in the kitchen at the venerated Olmsted (Brooklyn) before moving to Italy to work at Santo Palato (Rome) and training at La Vecchia Scuola (Bologna) in fully hand-made pasta. Jacob returned from Italy and opened Forsythia in October 2020. A refined trattoria, Forsythia earned a Bib Gourmand award from the Michelin Guide after just a few months of being open, and has maintained that award since.
