April 29, 2024 Bulletins Private Duty Nursing Prior Authorization Flexibility April 25, 2024 The MO HealthNet Division (MHD) Private Duty Nursing (PDN) Program is administered jointly by the Department of Social Services, MO HealthNet Division (DSS/MHD) and the Department of Health and Senior Services, Bureau of Special Health Care Needs (DHSS/BSHCN). Policy regarding the Healthy Children and Youth (HCY) PDN assessment and service planning process was recently revised to allow participants more flexibility in the utilization of PDN services.
