Hey Indiana,
Have you ever felt overwhelmed by learning or improvising over a jazz standard?
To someone less experienced, jazz standards can seem "complex" or "more difficult" compared to other styles of music.
While there may be a little bit of truth to that, once you start learning more and more jazz songs you realize that the same patterns repeat themselves time and time again.
These patterns are of course called chord progressions, and jazz uses the same chord progressions all of the time.
You could almost count on one hand the most common chord progressions in jazz, and when you think about it that way, it makes everything feel a bit easier.
Because I want to help you identify and master these patterns so you can play and improvise over any jazz song, I'm sharing a free video lesson were I discuss every jazz chord progression you need to know.
