In medium saucepan, heat water to boiling. Stir in cornmeal, butter, salt and cayenne. Whisk until mixture is smooth and thickens. Spoon onto greased 12 inch (30.5 cm) pizza pan, spread evenly. Bake in preheated 425 F (220 C) oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until set and light brown. In small bowl, mix oil, garlic and basil. Sprinkle vegetables over partially baked pizza crust. Sprinkle with cheese. Drizzle with oil mixture. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and vegetables are hot. Serves 2 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
