Spray BBQ grill rack with cooking spray. Heat BBQ to medium heat. In a small bowl; mix butter, rosemary and garlic. Remove green tops of leeks. Cut leeks lengthwise in half to within 1 inch (2.5 cm) of root end. Wash well; drain. Place on BBQ rack and grill 4 to 6 inches (10 to 15 cm) from medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender and light brown.
