Today's workout is strength routine 1 and a 15-second plank. Before jumping in, take time to take the plank test and determine your level. Start by getting into a basic plank position. If you're unable to hold it for 15 seconds while maintaining proper form or feel pain in your wrists, shoulders or low back, that's a signal to modify to our beginner or ultra-beginner level. Shrimp is a perfect weeknight protein since it's easy to defrost in icy water, and it helps you meet the recommended goal of eating seafood twice a week.
