Happy March! You know what the start of the month means: Time to dive into a brand new workout challenge. This month we're tackling planks. Stephanie Mansour designed a plan that will have us all doing a 60-second plank by April!

Plus, fewer than 10% of people get the 2 ½ to 3 ½ cups of vegetables needed daily to optimize their health. Can you guess which takes the top prize as the healthiest veggie?

Today's Workout

Today's workout is strength routine 1 and a 15-second plank.

Before jumping in, take time to take the plank test and determine your level. Start by getting into a basic plank position. If you're unable to hold it for 15 seconds while maintaining proper form or feel pain in your wrists, shoulders or low back, that's a signal to modify to our beginner or ultra-beginner level. If you're able to hold it easily, it's time to step it up to the advanced or ultra-advanced level.

Today's Plan

Shrimp is a perfect weeknight protein since it's easy to defrost in icy water, and it helps you meet the recommended goal of eating seafood twice a week. The cilantro-lime dressing brings everything together here; it serves as the marinade for the corn and shrimp and the dressing for the salad. The salad is plated with a fun surprise: tortilla chips. The various textures add an element of interest to this easy meal, and many tortilla chips are made from whole-grain corn.
