Operated out of a bright-red converted shipping container by one of the guys behind Tabbed Out and a raw-fish mercenary who cut his teeth under Wolfgang Puck, the Box rolls out sushi ranging from Spicy Tuna (cucumber, daikon sprout, scallion, chili aioli) to the Peach Philly (salmon, peach, cucumber shisho leaf, cream cheese), plus non-rice delicacies like tuna tartare with tsuma salad, sansho peppercorn, microgreens, crispy lotus chips, and fresh-grated ginger, truly an ill-advised way to get rid of those freckles.

Stag's just unveiled a gum sole/canvas body limited-edition black pair honoring the '50s kicks worn by The Couse, whose six Celtics championships, 1957 MVP, and eight consecutive league-assist titles earned him the nickname "Houdini of the Hardwood" -- though as any Celtic fan will tell you, the one chain he never broke was Jim Loscutoff's 30% shooting.

Malt: Circle Brewery
First conceived four years ago by two childhood friends with wildly diverging life paths (aeronautical engineering, LA talent booking), this North Austin concern's just unleashed two varieties, both of which follow German Beer Purity Law: BLUR, a TX twist on the traditional Bavarian Heff with a caramel malt for body and creaminess, and the 3-hopped, Brit-style amber ENVY, named for the emotion felt while watching the Ben Stiller flop, then noticing that the guy in the next row was smart enough to smuggle in beer.
