PS - I was asked why we only have 500 copies
of this course and why we can't just run off
more if we need them.
The reason is that we had no idea how many
people would want it, and we had to decide
weeks ago how many to make. So we did
500... not expecting the response we are
getting on it.
Unfortunately, it's just not as simple as it
seems like it would be to make more. So in
this case, when they're gone they are gone.
