Win a tote bag full of goodies, change the world

Buy a raffle ticket to win this tote!In mid-November I'm heading to Palm Springs for Camp Mighty. I am SO excited about this event...in a way I've never been about other "business" travel.

While the organizers and bulk of the attendees are members of the blogging/social media community, this is not a blogging/social media conference, per se. The focus of the gathering is life balance and change.

Change has been on my mind quite a bit this last year, both personally and professionally. I've been awed by the power of efforts such as ONEMoms, Every Mother Counts, and the mobilization underway right now to help Amit Gupta find a bone marrow donor.

It's not Pollyanna to say that individual voices, working together, have the power to change the world.

The organizers of Camp Mighty have worked a charity project into the event: we've all been placed in teams, and our goal is to raise enough money to cover each team member's $200 donation. All funds raised go to Charity Water, a non-profit organization that brings clean, safe drinking water to people in developing nations.

To that end, I've teamed up with my dear friend Christine Koh of Boston Mamas to give you a fun way to help us reach our fundraising goal: a raffle! (Thank you, Amy, for the great idea.)

The prize: this amazing, overstuffed tote bag full of lovely goodies, valued at over $350.

Buy a raffle ticket to win this tote!

Inside:

  • Sustainable Earth multipurpose cleaner
  • Filtrete water bottle
  • Measure Up portion control bowl
  • Chico bag recycled tote
  • Hama camera bag
  • signed copy of Rules of the Red Rubber Ball
  • OXO staple remover
  • Robeez booties
  • HealthTracks record keeper
  • Baberoo organic baby socks (4pk)
  • Skip Hop bottle tote
  • National Wildlife Federation stuffed animal
  • Baby K'Tan hat
  • Eric Carle growth chart
  • Ergo Baby organic front pouch
  • Leslie Graff stationery
  • Jabra bluetooth headset
  • Maclaren travel kit
  • Dr. Loretta Youthful Wri-Lax
  • Body Shop peppermint foot spray
  • Posh Peacock stationery (designed by Christine!)
  • 2 Laylee Baby embellished onesies
  • Get Stoned jeweled pin.

Each raffle ticket costs $2 and you may purchase as many as you like to increase your chances of winning (e.g., $10 = 5 entries). We will collect raffle donations until noon EST, Sunday, November 6. Anything Chrstine and I raise above our $400 goal will also go to Charity Water.

Thank you in advance for helping us do something good for those in need. Good luck!

Some of our fellow campers are also fundraising creatively:

If you would prefer to donate to Charity Water directly, you can do so on our team donation page. Thank you!
