ShoreTel (News - Alert) recognized the growing demand and recently partnered with CNP Technologies to provide mobile Unified Communications.  According to the press release, ShoreTel, a provider of simple cloud-based and premise business phone systems and communications solutions with fully integrated Unified Communications (News - Alert), has added CNP Technologies as a key alliance partner. With this agreement, CNP will provide mobile Unified Communications via cloud-based voice and contact center solutions.
