Metric Ingredient Imperial 500 ml baby spinach leaves 2 cup 1 medium apple, thinly sliced 1 30 ml celery, chopped 2 tbsp 30 ml toasted pecans, chopped 2 tbsp 30 ml honey dijon mustard dressing 2 tbsp

In a large bowl; gently mix spinach, apple, celery and pecans. Add dressing and toss. Serves 2
