| The clock is ticking and we are only a few days away from the 2016 Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series at Possum Kingdom Lake. The season kicks off June 4th at Hell’s Gate and the water is ready to play host to the world’s best cliff divers. Fourteen men and eight women will vie for victory in the event that has become the official kick off to summer. San Antonio native Rachelle Simpson will be one to watch as she defends her title with hopes of topping the podium for the third year in a row. The action starts at 11:00 AM but attendees are encouraged to arrive early to secure the best viewing location. Boats, kayaks, jet skis and other personal watercrafts are required to attend the event, as there is no public land within viewing distance.
