Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump are heading, well, all over the place today. President Obama will campaign in North Carolina and Clinton will hold a Jay-Z concert tonight in Cleveland. Meanwhile, it's not likely the next Congress will be able to quell the current polarized atmosphere. And some Republicans have suggested the Supreme Court would be just fine with only eight justices.
